As of January 1, 2026, Dr. Hubert Lohr has stepped down from the management board and has handed over his responsibilities as Managing Director to Ms. Nada Abdelwahab and Mr. Felix Froehlich. Mr. Markus Funke will continue in his role as Managing Director. Dr. Lohr will remain closely associated with the company going forward.
We are also pleased to welcome Ms. Abdelwahab as a new shareholder alongside Mr. Funke and Dr. Lohr.
For our clients and partners, this means a seamless continuation of our cooperation. Ms. Abdelwahab, Mr. Froehlich, and Mr. Funke—long-standing employees with proven leadership experience—will assume responsibility and look forward to continuing to support you with your questions, challenges, and projects. Any existing contracts and points of contact will remain unchanged and will continue to be handled with the same high quality.
