Sydro Consult congratulates Mr. Hoffmann on this success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PMF values play a crucial role in designing large hydraulic structures such as dams to avoid dam failure under extreme flow conditions. However, PMF values can change in the future due to the effect of climate change. Hence, the impact of climate change on PMF values should be assessed to ensure that the designed hydraulic structure will also be safe in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Jonathan&#8217;s bachelor thesis, he studied the impact of climate change on PMF for a catchment located in the Nile Basin. Sydro Consult collaborated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hft-stuttgart.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik Stuttgart<\/a> to supervise him on conducting his study.
